Had good 4 nights here. The single room I stayed in was extremely spacious with good facilities. Central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card were appreciated. The staff I met were amiable.

From the warm, welcoming greeting with delicious soup to the spacious family room with stunning views of Gregory Lake, every moment felt comforting. the indoor heated pool was the highlight for my daughter, and the friendly staff were always eager to assist. the food was delightful, especially the half-board option. occasional staff shortages did lead to slower service at busy times, and the dining area could use better organization. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time and the nearby landmarks were perfect for family bonding.

The hotel had a decent location with beautiful views. the room was spacious with good facilities and a big comfy bed. the bathroom was clean but nothing special. the breakfast spread was sufficient with both local and international cuisine, but could use more vegetarian options. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The service was very slow and disorganized. It took forever to get things delivered to the room, and the restaurant staff wasn't attentive.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were treated like royalty. the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations. the spa and wellness centre offered a range of services, including full body massages, foot massages, and steam rooms. We also enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area. In-room breakfast and dinner were served with private facilities and the restaurant staff was prompt and friendly.
this did not detract from our overall luxurious experience at this hotel.

the restaurant on the first floor offered mouth-watering dishes with a great variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to key attractions and had a stunning view of the surroundings.
The hotel had certain drawbacks that took away from the experience. One issue was that the bathrooms had a leaking problem, causing water to spill onto the toilet area.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed during our city trip. The food in the restaurant was delicious and offered a mix of local and international cuisine, plus the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transport. The hotel also had a heated pool, which was great to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.
Although the staff were great, the hotel could use more of them as sometimes they seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests. The room we stayed in had a few issues, such as the TV not being aligned with the bed and the toilet lid needing to be moved by hand to flush.
